Our mission is to help you uncover the truth. By leveraging accurate data, you enable your product, marketing and sales teams to make informed decisions and improve revenue.

A third-party brings an additional sense of distance between you and the customer, meaning they can tell us what they may not want to share with you.
 

Our Story

Started in 2022 by two founders who both worked in the SaaS-industry but were tired of having the same discussions around churn reasons and product roadmaps without ever having real data to back it up.

Just imagine how quickly decisions could be made, features prioritised and customers saved if someone actually helped with doing the churn interviews.
